Stroller Class Offerings
Currently we offer two classes - Cardio Stroll and Cardio Blast. Cardio Stroll is a total body workout with Warm Up, Cardio Strolling and Mobile Stations, Pushing leg work, arms, waisters and a chill out! We get serious and focused on mom for 55 minutes!
Cardio Blast is a similar workout but we really have a longer cardio section since we have a longer, beautiful trail to walk on. We focus on cardio and leg work during this Saturday session - blasting you into your weekend.
Important things to remember!
- Pace? Don't worry about it! Mommies who are new to class will start somewhere in the back, but will quickly get the hang of the routine of the class and the language we use. We teach you to focus your effort strolling, and really focus your work on the targeted mommy muscles. After getting that heart pumping and tightening those legs and abs, you will experience better energy, and see that the baby weight will melt away each day! Within 5 classes you will feel fitter, look more toned and will sweat away those baby blues with other moms who can share your experiences.
- A "workout" mom is a happier mom! Both trainers are mothers - we know that childbirth and child raising takes a toll on our bodies! When we can lift and move with more strength and flexibility, we feel better. Within 5 classes, we know you will:
build cardio endurance
experience increased overall fitness
improve abdominal strength - no more soft tummy and waist
begin to repair stretched pelvic floor muscles
feel that you are standing TALLER with improved posture
bring "sexy back" - to arms, legs, back
Boost your energy and vitality - help you get through your busy day as a mom!
build a community with other moms - meet women who have simliar "baby" experiences and similar "fitness" goals
- Workout with baby - eliminate your need for extra daycare and extra costs. It's simple - bring baby, lots of water and the stroller you already own. The trainers - both of whom are two time moms and have "been there"- motivate you to rediscover and strengthen KEY "mom muscles," - the ones important to the job of parenting, but still in recovery from childbirth.
- ANY stroller works! Like, the one you use now. Make sure you buckle baby in and you're off.
