It's amazing how Stroller Energy really kicks my butt and Karin is a great motivator. I find myself focusing on my posture and core strength outside of class too - It's workout that keeps on giving!

I just have to let you know how great I feel now that I have gone to class regularly for 5 weeks. Today I was able to button my pre-pregnancy pants, I can’t sit down in them yet, but it’s a lot better then before I started the class when I was about an inch away from buttoning them.
